Business Partner the UFS N.A. leadership team to provide financial insights that drive key strategic decisions and shape the long-term strategic direction of the business

Deliver the annual plans and 2030 UFS N.A. strategic plan

Drive business performance by steering multi-functional planning processes, providing high-quality rolling forecasts, and guiding dynamic resource allocation

Ensure strong financial governance of spends and controls, including budget control, cost management, and compliance with global frameworks

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse finance team, fostering talent and building succession plans

Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the UFS N.A. LT, UFS Finance leadership team and external partners
