The role involves driving safety culture, operational readiness, and scalability while overseeing compliance and daily facility operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulatory requirements

Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions

Conduct regular risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)

Champion a proactive safety culture through training and engagement

Develop and maintain emergency response and action plans

Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects

Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and facility services

Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Support facility expansion and space planning initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field

7-10 years of progressive experience in EHS and facilities management

5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

Experience within aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or advanced production settings

Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA, and Cal/EPA standards

Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership and influencing ability

Proven track record managing multi-site operations
