Responsibilities

Learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects

Required

Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026
Graduating May-June 2026 preferred
A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Ability to effectively problem solve
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
Must be able to work outside
Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
Completion of pre interview assessments
College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship

Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), and Control Systems
