Prepare accurate and complete schedules for nursing department
Coordinate with agencies as needed for staffing
Coordinate with HR to verify shifts worked to maintain accurate payroll
Work well with Administrator and department heads regarding scheduling issues
Participate in management meetings as required
Other reasonable duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator
Qualification
Required
You have a CNA license
You have Inter-personal, organizational, problem-solving skills
You have excellent communication skills
You have Scheduling / management experience
