Responsibilities

Responsible for oversight of complex technical project(s) through the life-cycle phases of implementation including but not limited to site acquisition, leasing, due diligence, zoning, construction services, utility coordination, architectural and engineering services, and permitting
Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions
Experience in field telecommunications/wireless site deployments and technical components
Fundamental knowledge of RF system configurations and testing
Awareness of LEC telco requirements and electric utility service process
Perform comprehensive equipment component checkout and emergency generator startup upon successful construction installation
Interact within a collaborative work environment with the internal and external team members to achieve business objectives
Solve complex problems for issue resolution; prioritize tasks to meet business requirements and deadlines
Interacts with internal team members, customers and partners on site deployment matters
Assists with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the S&AS Business Area
Develop Statements of Work for subcontractors. Work with engineering staff to develop the appropriate set of requirements associated with the SOW
Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system, invoiced and closed with complete accuracy
Travel (up to 75%) is expected in association with this position, weekends and nights possible

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Clearance

Objective thinker, problem solver with ability to execute challenging tasks to completion
Ability to develop broad, cooperative relationships with numerous groups and individuals, even when having no direct authority over them
Knowledge of project management skills, with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, and deliverable management
Must have strong oral and written communication skills to present information to team members, management and customers
The successful candidate will possess strong initiative and ability to function in a dynamic environment
