Assist the Revenue Cycle Business Office Manager with daily duties, including insurance verifications, billing and reimbursement, credit and collections, and other financial matters as directed by the Business Office Manager
Achieve multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have financial conversations with residents and work through complex situations positively
Follow-up and seek payment on insurance, Medicare and Medicaid claims
Work with residents to complete Medicaid pending application process based on NC State requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare related revenue cycle experience from a Medicare, Medicaid and insurance billing perspective
Willingness to work with residents and families to collect out of pocket co-pays
Follow-up and seek payment on insurance, Medicare and Medicaid claims
Work with residents to complete Medicaid pending application process based on NC State requirements
This is not a remote position and will report to the facility M-F
