Group Facilitator (QMHS III / CDCA)

Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator to join their clinical team in Beachwood, OH. In this role, you will support clients in PHP, IOP, and TBS programs, facilitating therapeutic and skills-based groups that promote recovery and mental health.

Mental Health Care

Responsibilities

Facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions in PHP, IOP, and TBS programs
Support client intake assessments and assist in developing treatment goals under supervision
Provide structured, skill-based, and recovery-focused interventions within scope of practice
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and group reports
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
Uphold all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, to protect client confidentiality

Required

Valid CDCA from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board
Qualified Mental Health Specialist III (QMHS III)

Compassionate, team-oriented approach to client care
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
