Crown Fund is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Intern to join their dynamic team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of product development, including market research, product design, user testing, and go-to-market strategies.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Market Research, Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor products to support product strategy

Product Design, Assisting in developing product concepts, creating wireframes, and participating in design sprints

User Testing, Supporting the organization and execution of user research sessions, collecting feedback, and analyzing results

Go-to-Market Support, Assisting with product launch plans, marketing strategies, and promotional materials

Stakeholder Relations, Helping to manage communication with internal teams, external partners, and user communities

Training & Presentations, Contributing to the preparation of product presentations, pitch decks, and progress reports

Product Roadmapping, Gaining exposure to the process of building product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and sprint planning

Operational Support, Assisting with organizing product team meetings, maintaining project management tools, and liaising with cross-functional teams

Research & Insight, Conducting research on the latest product development methodologies, technologies, and market dynamics affecting the industry

Required

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
