2+ years expAperion Care is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage various accounts payable tasks within the organization. The role involves entering invoices, uploading documents, making payments, and reconciling statements, as well as responding to vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities
Entering invoices and credit memos into the accounting system
Uploading invoices into the invoice approval system
Printing checks, and making electronic payments
Checking vendor statements against our vendor ledger to ensure that we have all invoices and that they are entered correctly
Contacting vendors to retrieve missing items and reconciling differences
Responding to vendor inquiries
Reconciling bank statements with our check register
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Preferred
2+ years Accounting experience preferred
Experience in Long Term Care industry preferred
