Responsibilities
Support organizational assessments, including data gathering, interviews, and survey analysis
Assist in mapping current and future-state organizational structures and workflows
Develop and maintain org charts, role inventories, and position documentation
Analyze workforce, talent, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
Support change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis activities
Assist in the design of recommendations related to structure, roles, processes, and capabilities
Prepare briefing materials, reports, dashboards, and presentation content for leadership
Support facilitation efforts, workshops, and OD-related project meetings
Assist with implementation tracking and documentation of OD and change initiatives
Coordinate with project management resources on milestones, deliverables, and reporting
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in organization development, HR analytics, or related field
Experience supporting organization assessments or redesign efforts
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into clear insights
Experience developing org charts, role documentation, or workforce analysis
Familiarity with change management concepts and organizational effectiveness principles
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation development skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience in complex, safety-sensitive, or 24/7 operational environments
Experience in state or local government or the broader public sector
Master's degree in IO Psychology, Organization Development, Public Administration, HR, or related field
Prosci or other change management certification
ATD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or relevant OD/HR certification
