Responsibilities
Develop and refine electrical designs for HVACR products using CAD, from concept through release
Prototype, test, and tune electrical systems; diagnose issues and implement corrective changes
Create and maintain specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics with clear revision control
Produce concise progress reports and technical updates for managerial stakeholders
Support manufacturing—troubleshoot builds, validate changes, and collaborate on production readiness
Assist with electrical integration on industrial equipment during production
Keep meticulous, up‑to‑date records and archive work products on the shared/public drive
Perform additional related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering
Strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset when partnering with peers and internal customers
Comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment without losing focus on quality
Exceptional attention to detail across design, documentation, and testing
Electrical schematics creation and interpretation
Refrigeration systems fundamentals
Electrical diagnostics and repair
CAD software for electrical design
Troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems
Industrial wiring and controls experience
Quality control and data analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Undergraduate engineering education (EE preferred)
