Responsibilities

Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining car audio, video, GPS, and other electronic systems
Ensure top-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Educate clients on their newly installed devices
Inventory management

Providing accurate documentation of services performed

Required

Experience in installing and troubleshooting car audio, video, and GPS systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills to explain installations and features to customers
Ability to use hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in automotive or electronics repair are a plus
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
