Part-Time HR Manager
Preferred CFO is an outsourced/fractional CFO firm providing premium finance, accounting and human resource assistance to growing and emerging companies. They are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including developing HR strategies and managing recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Reach out to passive candidates and actively recruit them
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a HR Professional and Recruiter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
