Responsibilities
Conduct advanced statistical analyses, with a focus on predictive analytics, to support HR initiatives
Play a key role in workforce planning by providing data-driven recommendations
Analyze employee data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
Implement automation to streamline data collection and reporting processes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports
Present findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in HR or people analytics
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Databricks, Python, R, and Excel
Strong understanding of HR metrics and data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
Familiarity with HR software and systems
