Responsibilities
Analyze nonconformance data, audits, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize corrective actions
Develop and implement corrective action plans with cross-functional teams
Track and report corrective action progress and effectiveness
Conduct Sustain the Gains Verification to ensure long-term impact of improvements
Perform audits, inspections, and process surveillance to verify compliance and identify improvement areas
Document and communicate findings from verification and surveillance activities
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving using LEAN tools
Coordinate with customer and internal quality teams to ensure alignment with program standards
Train supplier teams on corrective action, verification, and surveillance practices
Report on trends, risks, and performance metrics including Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
Support audits and program reviews related to corrective actions and quality sustainment
Qualification
Required
1-10+ years of experience in aerospace and/or defense quality & manufacturing environments
Strong background in manufacturing quality, non-conformance management, and process improvement
Demonstrated skills in RCCA initiatives with measurable impact
Skilled in lean tools and industrial engineering methodologies
Strong leadership and communication capabilities
Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required
Preferred
Familiarity with OEM-level aerospace production processes
Industry certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Industrial Engineering
Experience working with or coordinating across supplier quality functions
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
