They are seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist / Solutions Lead to own customer onboarding, serve as a technical bridge, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new customers
Design onboarding plans tailored to customer business and technical needs
Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation
Run live training sessions and technical walkthroughs
Drive customers to successful launch and early value
Configure customer accounts, workflows, and platform features
Support integrations, data setup, and technical validation
Troubleshoot complex onboarding issues and advise on best practices
Act as a technical advisor throughout the onboarding process
Identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases through customer usage
Write clear, actionable bug reports with reproduction steps
Partner with engineering on QA, regression testing, and release validation
Provide structured customer feedback to inform product improvements

Required

4–8 years in implementation, solutions engineering, technical customer success, or similar roles
Proven ownership of customer onboarding projects
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
Hands-on SaaS configuration and workflow setup experience
Ability to understand APIs, integrations, and data models
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Clear written communication (documentation, bug reports, customer updates)

Preferred

Have led B2B SaaS implementations or onboarding end-to-end
Enjoy working directly with customers while staying hands-on technically
Are comfortable operating without a rigid playbook
Like partnering closely with product and engineering teams
Have experience with retail, consumer products, or brand-focused customers
