Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies when needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment
Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to support a welcoming and secure atmosphere for tenants, visitors, and staff
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and/or assisting with visitor management as required
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site contacts to communicate concerns, incidents, or issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
