Represent the Credit Union professionally—on camera and in all interactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service experience (financial experience preferred)
Comfortable and professional on camera
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, member-focused attitude and team spirit
Must be bondable throughout employment
Ability to work flexible hours within department schedule
Adherence to professional dress code and workstation standards
