Responsibilities
Perform standard metallurgical procedures on production and test samples
Prepare samples and perform metallographic evaluation using metallurgy equipment and tools
Evaluate welded and formed samples for compliance with engineering and quality specifications
Record and report test results, including processing any non-conforming findings
Perform welder certification analysis and maintain required documentation
Follow established work instructions, drawings, and procedures
Achieve and maintain required Operator Authorizations
Use basic computer systems to complete transactions and documentation
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent
Quality-focused mindset with a sharp eye for detail
Preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing or quality preferred, but not necessary - we'll train you!
