Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce tools to support business needs
Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and represent their needs, driving adoption of new and existing features
Own and optimize the Salesforce application, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable, secure, and measurable solutions
Stay informed of future Salesforce capabilities and features, developing deployment strategies and end-user support materials
Collaborate with development teams to modify, improve, or implement new functionality, applying low-code/no-code development for process automation and user experience enhancements
Develop and facilitate training for new users and capabilities, creating effective visualizations and user support materials
Manage user accounts, access, sharing, and record visibility, ensuring data security and compliance
Solve user issues, document solutions, and create reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics
Capture ideas for process and technology improvements, consulting with business teams to enhance business value
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Hands-on experience with creating reports and dashboards and Flows (record-triggered/auto-launched)
5+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership
Preferred
7+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Additional Salesforce Certifications
Familiarity with integrations, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
Experience with low-code/no-code and/or Lightning Web Component development
Experience with Enterprise Change Management, including training, communications, and adoption
Experience with sandbox release management and CI/CD practices for Salesforce
Experience with applications such as Quip, Einstein Analytics, and Tableau
Experience in a position requiring problem-solving skills and empathy
