Lead project management efforts to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements outlined by government frameworks
Collaborate with technology teams and consultants to develop and refine policies and procedures
Write and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with cybersecurity maturity model frameworks
Manage timelines and coordinate tasks to meet project deliverables effectively
Provide guidance and oversight on cybersecurity compliance initiatives
Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Utilize IT knowledge to support the implementation of cybersecurity practices
Conduct thorough documentation of changes and updates related to project processes
Work closely with government contracts to adhere to regulatory standards
Facilitate training and development for team members on cybersecurity compliance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT project management, particularly within government contracting environments
Strong background in writing and documenting procedures, including SOPs
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight timelines
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
Basic understanding of technology systems and their integration
Preferred
Certification or knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks is preferred, with training available if needed
Experience working with Department of Defense contracts is a plus
