Responsibilities

Working with the tech stack that includes Ruby on Rails and Next.JS
Working as a full stack product engineering generalist. Depending on your preference you could spend as much as 80% of your time on either backend or front end engineering
Building a seamless and beautiful consumer healthcare product
Obsessing over every detail of the patient experience
Tackling the complex operational challenges of delivering care at scale
Frequently writing product requirements documents
Excited about digging into the complexities of the American healthcare system

Qualification

Ruby on RailsNext.jsFull stack engineeringProgramming languagesTechnical excellenceThrive in ambiguityCollaboration with stakeholders

Required

Hungry, high-agency, and interested in working as a generalist Product Engineer
Skilled in building web apps as a full stack engineer
Language agnostic. Willing to learn (if necessary) and primarily work with Ruby on Rails and Next.js
Skilled in at least one of these: Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, C#, Go, or JavaScript
Experienced with modern infra tooling and programming languages
Care for technical excellence while being comfortable moving quickly. Able to navigate tradeoffs between engineering velocity and quality
Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity
Comfortable working closely with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders
