This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training and knowledge-sharing programs that support the successful adoption and effective use of the BMC3I Elite platform.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver BMC3I Elite training programs, including user guides, e-learning modules, quick-reference materials, and classroom/virtual sessions
Create role-based training paths for end users, administrators, program teams, and leadership
Conduct hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and platform orientation sessions
Develop and maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, SOPs, and training repositories within BMC3I Elite or related systems
Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with system enhancements or process changes
Implement structured knowledge transfer plans for new features, upgrades, and onboarding efforts
Collaborate with technical teams to understand system updates, workflows, and configurations and translate them into training materials
Leverage BMC3I Elite capabilities such as notifications, knowledge modules, dashboards, or workflows to improve training delivery and content access
Support user adoption strategies during platform upgrades, migrations, or new capability rollouts
Work with program managers, business units, and IT stakeholders to assess training needs and learning objectives
Provide leadership briefings, training status updates, and adoption metrics
Facilitate feedback sessions to evaluate training effectiveness and user experience
Implement best practices in instructional design, adult learning, and knowledge management
Monitor training analytics, platform usage, and feedback to refine training content
Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and workflows that support organizational learning and capability maturity
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with SAP Eligible
12+ years of experience in training development, knowledge management, instructional design, or user support
Experience with BMC3I Elite, BMC3I Helix, or similar ITSM/ESM platforms
Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training development
Ability to create documentation, training guides, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles
Experience with workflow automation, dashboards, or knowledge management modules in enterprise platforms
Familiarity with ITSM processes, service delivery, and digital transformation initiatives
Experience training diverse audiences in technical or enterprise environments
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training content
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education/Training, Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Learning Technologies
Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)
Instructional design or e-learning certifications (ATD, LearningTree, etc.)
ITIL v4 Foundation
BMC3I Elite/BMC3I Helix platform certification or training
Prosci Change Management Certification
