PC Tech
Link Technologies is a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, currently seeking a PC Tech to join their team. The role involves supporting and maintaining IT endpoints, managing device onboarding and offboarding, and resolving incident tickets.

Responsibilities
Ability to complete approximately one day of familiarization training before independently supporting and maintaining IT endpoints
Strong help desk and endpoint support experience
Previous experience with the following tasks:
Device Management: Computers, Printers, VoIP, Cellphones
Device onboarding and offboarding procedures
Imaging, deployment, and configuration of end-user devices
Device decommissioning and disposal
Asset inventory updates and reconciliation
Service Management
Responding to and resolving incident tickets
Fulfilling service request tickets for hardware/software/support needs
Device Inventory
Inventory control and stock tracking of endpoint hardware
Support with receiving, organizing, and preparing devices for deployment
Active Directory (Users and Devices)
User account creation, modification, and disabling
Group membership management and routine cleanup of inactive accounts
Software Installation and Configuration
Familiarity with deployment of a broad range of supported software (200+ apps)
Installation and configuration of M365 Office Suite
Support for Adobe and other commonly used district applications
Documentation and Validation
Contribution to process validation and workflow documentation
Development of end-user support guides and Knowledge Base
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and procedures
Qualification
