Strategic Account Specialist
PureLogics is a trusted partner for organizations seeking world-class custom software solutions. The Strategic Account Specialist will help expand the company's footprint across the United States by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with mid-to-enterprise level organizations that need custom software development and technology consulting services.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert prospects into clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Understand prospect pain points, technical requirements, and business objectives to position PureLogics as the right partner
Work with multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams to drive deals forward
Consistently generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, industry events, and referrals
Partner with our delivery team to scope projects accurately and ensure smooth client onboarding
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with a hunter mentality
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in custom software development, IT services, digital agencies, or SaaS solutions (3+ years preferred)
Technical fluency: You can hold your own in conversations about APIs, cloud infrastructure, mobile apps, web development, and emerging technologies
Pipeline generation skills: You know how to prospect, cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn to generate your own opportunities
Consultative selling approach: You listen more than you pitch and focus on solving problems, not just closing deals
Self-motivated and organized: You thrive in a remote environment and manage your time, territory, and deals independently
Strong communication skills: You can translate technical concepts for business audiences and articulate business value to technical audiences
Preferred
Experience selling to industries like healthcare, fintech, logistics, or e-commerce
Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
Existing network of decision-makers in tech
