We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to greet clients, provide information about our services, and assist with bookings and client needs at our Herriman, UT location.

Greeting clients
Providing information about our services and the benefits of contrast therapy
Ensuring a welcoming and clean environment
Assisting with any client needs during their visit
Handling bookings
Answering inquiries
Supporting the overall operation of the studio
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and clear, professional interactions
Ability to provide effective Training to clients on procedures and policies, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience
Familiarity with Food & Beverage service standards to support the offering of refreshments or light snacks if required
Sales skills with a focus on assisting customers in purchasing memberships or packages and promoting loyalty programs
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
Preferred
Enthusiasm for wellness and a genuine interest in the benefits of contrast therapy is highly desirable
