Business Solutions Consultant
Horizon Payments is on a mission to transform the payment processing industry, delivering real value to clients and helping them save on costs. The Business Solutions Consultant will identify and develop new business opportunities, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and support client onboarding.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, pre-scheduled appointments, and networking
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building solid relationships
Proactively address and overcome objections from potential clients by demonstrating the advantages and reliability of Horizon Payments’ services
Collaborate with internal managers to generate and provide competitive quotes to merchants
With the support of internal staff, sign and close new deals, and guide clients through the onboarding process
Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposed solutions, and action plans in CRM
Qualification
Required
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Sales, business development, and/or customer service experience is helpful but not required
