Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Be an expert on TikTok's Ads capabilities and build trust through your deep technical expertise and customer needs

Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities through innovative, scalable solutions and best practices

Understand the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges

Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams

Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields

3+ years of experience shipping production quality code

Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally

Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design

Preferred

Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics

Experience in growing small and medium-sized businesses

Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and development experience
