Responsibilities
Manage the execution of special program initiatives, ensuring teams have clear direction and adhere to optimal processes for maximum efficiency
Validate store remodel requests to confirm alignment with program goals, feasibility, and strategic priorities
Generate comprehensive reports that clearly outline project status, progress, key metrics, and actionable insights
Collaborate directly with leadership to identify, develop, and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness
Facilitate team meetings to monitor project timelines, address challenges, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum
Assist with program management requirements outside of the Remodels and Expansions area, adapting to broader business needs as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to deliver results under pressure
Experience analyzing large data sets and providing clear, data-driven recommendations
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for liaising effectively with both technical and non-technical professionals
Intermediate to proficient skill level in MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting
Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering to audiences at all levels of leadership
Preferred
Familiarity with infrastructure development and real estate data (encouraged, but not required)
Experience working in Microsoft Power Apps
