Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commercial construction project management and site safety
Strong knowledge of miscellaneous metal fabrication processes, welding techniques, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
OSHA 10 safety certification - REQUIRED
Must maintain a valid driver's license
Must maintain first aid and CPR certification
Preferred
OSHA 30 safety certification - Preferred
