Manage the financial records of the company
Maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
Payroll
Daily financial entries
Reconciliations
Preparing financial reports
Managing invoices
Handling general ledger entries
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Assisting with budgeting
Financial forecasting
Other administrative functions related to the company's financial health
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
Proficient in using bookkeeping and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or similar tools
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple financial tasks efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and reconciliations of accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with colleagues and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting
Preferred
Experience in financial forecasting and budget management is a plus
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; bachelor's degree or certifications (e.g., CPA or Bookkeeping Certification) are an advantage
