Responsibilities

Be passionate about working with and helping youth
Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment
Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment
Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals
Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed
Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills

Required

Must be 21 years of age or older
Drivers license required
Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree required
1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required
Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire

Preferred

One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
