Required

Achieve and maintain key performance targets for (entire Sales Team): Closing Ratio, Average Sale, Sale Per Lead, Managed Discounting per targets
Continually increase the ratio of Self-Generated sales compared to company-provided sales
Write procedures for any process not currently documented
Develop a monthly plan for increasing referral business
Develop and manage a monthly plan with each Designer to increase their personal Self-Generated business
Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, builders, contractors, and architects
Attend events with Designers to develop business
Assign Designers to attend events throughout the month
Get involved in large potential projects
Work with the Office Manager to review appointments and reassign them when necessary to maximize sales results
Use reports and performance data to determine which Designers are closing sales
Determine the optimal number of appointments per Designer per month
Track appointments per Designer and adjust to maintain optimal workload
Maintain a correct and current schedule for all Designers
Ensure availability so every client can be scheduled within 72 hours of their initial call
Ensure adequate appointment availability during evenings and weekends
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each Designer to set and review goals
Review Lead/Client reporting and tracking requirements in the CRM
Review closing strategies for open opportunities
Review self-generated activity
Train Designers on all required sales skills within the first 90 days
Perform Lead-by-Lead Management with Designers in their first 90 days and with those maintaining a low closing ratio
Conduct workshops and/or sales meetings to continuously improve sales skills
Attend appointments with Designers as needed to observe performance and identify skill gaps
Complete formal quarterly Designer Assessments to review progress, address improvement areas, and recognize achievements
Remain responsive to all clients and Designers
Use CRM tools to set tasks and manage call-backs
Hold informational and motivational sales meetings at a minimum of every other week
Be helpful, proactive, and solution-oriented with team and peers
Ride along with Designers when appropriate to close complex or high-dollar projects
Coach new or struggling Designers on closing skills
Support lead source development with groups, teams, or businesses
Follow up with every unsold client
Respond promptly to office inquiries related to clients
Perform responsibilities in alignment with Complete Client Care standards
Recognize and celebrate Designer achievements
Congratulate Designers on large individual sales
Create excitement during sales meetings for accomplishments
Send emails or text messages to encourage improved results
Recommend and execute short- and long-term bonus programs/incentives/celebration events
Share operational updates and positive news with Designers
Engage Service Coordinators, Managers, and Ownership in Designer recognition
Reward positive behavior and performance
