Responsibilities
Content Quality & Copy Editing - Ensures content is accurate, clear, and consistent with brand guidelines by editing materials, managing claims, and maintaining style guide adherence and maintenance and creation of templates
Marketing Reporting & Analytics - Create and maintain reporting summarizing departmental marketing performance and other project reports, ensuring accurate, consistent data and actionable insights for leadership
Process Development & Operational Support - Develops and implements standardized marketing processes and documentation, identifies operational improvements, and coordinates project execution to enhance workflow quality and team alignment
Ad Hoc Project Management – Creates presentations to support marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives and manages special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing
At least 1 year of experience in Direct advertising
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Consumer Behavior
5+ years of experience in Marketing
2+ years of experience in Market Research
Strong copy editing, proofreading, and grammar skills
Experience enforcing brand guidelines
Experience creating B2B presentations and talking points
Proficiency with marketing and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and experience documenting processes or workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a sales-driven or regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing)
Experience building reports or dashboards for leadership
