Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and growth
Develop and implement sales plans and action steps to achieve revenue and business development goals
Set, track, and assess KPIs to measure individual and team success
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback on sales techniques and product knowledge
Analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to refine strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative, solutions-based selling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required
7+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibilities
Prior technical or industrial product sales experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales tools
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Success in exceeding sales targets
Experience in closing high-value deals
Problem-solving and team collaboration skills
