Vice President of Sales
Heshka Oil LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer and supplier of API-compliant oil & gas equipment, focused on quality and fast turnaround. They are seeking a hands-on sales leader to scale the business and build a collaborative, high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute company-wide sales strategy across core product lines
Personally manage and grow key customer and project-level accounts
Develop long-term relationships with operators and service companies
Help build, coach, and support a collaborative sales team
Assist in recruiting and onboarding additional sales personnel as the company grows
Work closely with leadership on forecasting, pricing, and inventory planning
Provide customer-driven input into new product development and market strategy
Represent Heshka Oil with customers, partners, and at industry events
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in oil & gas equipment sales
Strong background selling valves, wellhead equipment, flow iron, manifolds, or related products
Proven ability to close larger, project-based opportunities
Comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment where structure is being built
Motivated by long-term upside, shared success, and accountability
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams
Familiarity with API 6A / API 16C products and quality systems
