Strategic Channel Growth Manager
Customer Engineering Services is seeking a Strategic Channel Growth Manager to drive sustained sales growth of FUJIFILM imaging products within the regional retail channel. Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies for existing product lines (6+ months in market) to drive sustained sell-in and sell-through performance within the regional retail channel
Analyze category, dealer, and market performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
Translate national brand, product, and marketing strategies into actionable, dealer-facing growth initiatives
Partner with sales performance and marketing stakeholders to align priorities, timing, and performance measurement
Communicate category performance, dealer impact, and ROI to leadership through clear, data-driven reporting
Provide strategic direction and performance guidance to field technical and engagement resources supporting dealer programs
Establish and reinforce execution standards for messaging consistency, dealer engagement, and reporting accuracy
Ensure field teams consistently convert product knowledge into customer benefits and sales outcomes
Maintain selective field presence to validate execution quality, dealer engagement, and program effectiveness
Coordinate with trade marketing partners to ensure in-store presentation, merchandising, and point-of-purchase materials align with category objectives
Support implementation schedules and dealer compliance through collaboration and field validation
Collect dealer feedback and execution insights to continuously improve retail programs and field initiatives
Serve as an operational bridge between Sales Performance, Marketing, and Field teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Provide actionable field insights to inform future campaign planning, category strategy, and go-to-market decisions
Maintain consistent communication with brand, product, and content marketing partners to ensure message continuity from digital channels to the retail floor
Strengthen dealer relationships through proactive communication, coordinated programs, and consistent field support
Support dealer engagement initiatives including employee purchase programs, incentives, and sales contests to sustain momentum
Identify, document, and share dealer success stories and best practices to reinforce effective execution
Maintain systems and processes to track program participation, execution quality, and performance impact
Use CRM and internal reporting tools to measure category performance, dealer engagement, and sales results
Deliver concise, executive-ready summaries that clearly connect field activity and marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or channel leadership within the photographic, imaging, optics, or consumer electronics industry
Strong working knowledge of photography principles and professional workflows, with the ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits
Proven ability to drive measurable sales growth through coordinated field execution, dealer engagement, and marketing initiatives
Demonstrated experience analyzing category, dealer, and performance data to inform strategy and decision-making
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and performance reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of accountability, persistence, and follow-through
Willingness and ability to travel 25–40%, including overnight travel, evenings, and weekends as needed
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of equipment and materials
Preferred
Experience working with retail dealer channels and understanding of in-store execution and merchandising dynamics
Proven success driving sustained growth of mature product lines beyond initial product launch
Experience using CRM platforms for tracking field activity, dealer engagement, and performance metrics (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Slack and Notion
Understanding of competitive positioning within the imaging, photography, or optics markets
Experience partnering closely with field teams, trade marketing, and sales performance organizations
