Responsibilities
UI development: Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React + TypeScript
Design integration: Collaborate with product designers to translate Figma prototypes and customer workflows into production-ready interfaces
AI user experience: Work with full-stack engineers to embed AI features (e.g., chat, summarization, recommendations, HITL UI/UX) directly into intuitive flows
Code quality: Write clean, structured, reusable, and testable code with strong attention to performance and accessibility
Collaboration: Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies; share best practices with peers
Customer empathy: Advocate for user-centric design and iterate quickly based on customer feedback
Culture: Contribute to a strong, high-ownership engineering culture across the company
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional front-end development experience
Deep expertise in React + TypeScript and modern front-end tooling (Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, etc.)
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Experience working with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrating back-end services
Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
Comfortable in early-stage environments: able to move fast, learn quickly, and make sound tradeoffs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Experience building SaaS products with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
Exposure to AI/ML-powered user interfaces (LLM-driven chat, assistants, workflow automation)
Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3, Recharts, or similar)
Background in energy, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms
