Responsibilities
Prepare and review fund-level financial statements, investor reports, and capital account statements on a quarterly and annual basis
Manage capital calls and distributions with accurate calculations and timely investor communication
Coordinate annual audits and tax filings by working closely with external auditors and tax advisors
Maintain fund general ledgers, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to fund agreements
Monitor portfolio company valuations, income, and exits, and prepare management reports and variance analysis for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) with private equity or fund administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/reporting systems
Strong understanding of private equity structures, fund agreements, investor reporting, and regulatory requirements
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in Investran, eFront, or similar private equity software highly preferred
