Responsibilities
Manage and mentor Commercial Lines staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Maintain high service standards, resolve complex client issues, and strengthen client relationships
Streamline processes, monitor KPIs, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery
Ensure regulatory compliance, track key service metrics, and present performance reports to leadership
Partner with Sales and leadership on initiatives that drive client retention, account growth, and resource alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field required
10+ years in the insurance industry with expertise in Commercial Lines and proven leadership in management roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to leverage insurance software platforms and reporting tools
Strong expertise in commercial insurance products, policies, underwriting, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills with the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments
