Responsibilities
Deliver the final narrative and pacing polish on adobe premier, fully completed docu-series
Review the ~200-minute runtime for optimal pacing, trimming awkward moments, optimizing transitions and camera angles, and enhancing overall narrative flow
Improve the audio mix for clarity and immersion, layering in hip-hop-inspired bumps and vibes through strategic timing, cuts, or affordable royalty-free track suggestions
Cut short-form bloopers reels from BTS footage if experience as a story producer is available
Qualification
Required
10+ years in documentary, reality TV, or unscripted content
Expertise in Adobe Premiere
Ability to deliver final narrative and pacing polish
Experience in optimizing transitions and camera angles
Sound design mastery for improving audio mix
Ability to infuse rhythmic energy and emotional depth
Efficient and collaborative working style
Preferred
Experience as a story producer
Ability to cut short-form bloopers reels from BTS footage
Familiarity with creating content designed to go viral on Instagram and TikTok
