Conduct targeted searches for roles in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical & Controls Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Automation & Packaging Equipment
Product Development
Engineering & Operations Leadership
Send thoughtful, personalized LinkedIn InMails
Engage candidates and assess high-level fit
Coordinate closely with MaviTech recruiters on active searches
Maintain accurate sourcing notes and candidate status updates
Qualification
Required
Prior experience sourcing or recruiting in: Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Product Development
Strong understanding of technical job titles, career paths, and industry terminology
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Comfortable working independently in a commission-only structure
Professional communication and strong written English
Self-motivated, consistent, and process-driven
