Helping process steel specific to our customer needs in order for them to make a product

Material handling

Crane operation

Forklift operating

Quality control

Package/band, weigh, and load/unload material from machines

Stage material in a timely and accurate manner

Qualification

Tape measure proficiencySafety practices knowledgeProblem-solving skillsBasic math skillsAttention to detail

Required

Skilled with reading and using a tape measure

Basic math & reading skills

Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work, lifting up to 50lbs and be on your feet 8 hours per day

Possess good problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety practices

Possess a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Must have the flexibility to work off shifts

Dependable transportation is required. Public transportation and/or walking are not suitable options due to safety regulations

Benefits

$1.50/hour shift differential!

$1500 in sign-on bonuses.

Opportunity to earn quarterly attendance bonuses up to $1,250/year.

We pay out earned quarterly profit-sharing checks.

Our shifts are 8 hours with a paid lunch break.

Performance-based pay increases.

Overtime is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate and 2x for hours of 48 in a week!

On the job training - No manufacturing experience is required.
