Responsibilities

Lead HRIS/Oracle HCM Benefits projects and improvements, from planning to implementation

Apply your expertise in Benefits, Open Enrollment, and Absence management with hands-on configuration experience (recent 5+ years)

Partner with HR, EIS, Payroll, and Talent teams to optimize processes, maintain data integrity, and implement system changes

Manage projects, upgrades, reporting, security administration, and end-user support for HRMS

Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Oracle HCM modules
