Responsibilities

Maintains and operates boilers, chillers, and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures
Adheres to regulatory and code requirements
Maintains and operates Co-Generation and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures
Adheres to regulatory and code requirements. At management’s discretion, performs other related duties consistent with minimum level of preparation and training required and department demands/needs
Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

Licensure as requiredBoilers operationChillers operationMechanical contractor experienceHigh school diploma

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a Licensure as required by state law

Preferred

3 years of experience with a mechanical contractor or experience as a stationary engineer in a commercial or hospital service environment
