The Account Manager will develop new business relationships, maintain an active sales pipeline, and ensure high-quality service for clients while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio
Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy
Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
Develop a sound understanding of our service offerings, the legal industry, our clients and their needs
Identify qualified leads through detailed online research including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, trade show lists, and other investigative methods
Create detailed lead lists outlining key selling points that will facilitate a strategic sales pitch
Cold call leads
Generate creative outreach to leads
Set and maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and networking events
Create and improve business development strategies
Develop and maintain a healthy business pipeline
Partner with internal subject matter experts to understand and maximize opportunities
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective time management
Preferred
Sales experience and an interest in the legal industry strongly preferred
