Marketing Customer Service
JobFairGiant.com is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Specialist/Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with a professional, customer-first approach
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and effective solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business
Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain and update customer accounts, documenting all interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
Prepare routine sales and customer service reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in inside sales and/or customer service preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage challenging interactions professionally
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
