Senior Marketing Coordinator

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing team and drive the success of marketing initiatives through content creation, copywriting, and trade show planning. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for the Mujin blog and social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence
Create high-quality written and visual content for various marketing channels, including blog articles, social media posts, video scripts, sales collateral, presentations, and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, conduct research, and create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
Assist with budget tracking, vendor management, materials orders, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department
Craft persuasive and engaging copy for marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, press releases, sales collateral, email campaigns, advertisements, and other communications campaigns
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing communications to maintain a strong and cohesive company image
Support the management and optimization of marketing automation tools, such as email marketing software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and social media scheduling platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and implement automated campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Coordinate logistics, such as booth setup, promotional material preparation, staffing, and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with the sales team to develop impactful trade show strategies that generate leads and drive brand awareness
Track and report campaign performance using analytics dashboards
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness
Maintain regular reporting on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and audience growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
4+ years proven experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in copywriting, content creation, and social media management
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics and CRM systems. Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce are a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while meeting deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Must have ability to travel up to 15% of the time
