Business Requirements Gathering-Definition : Conducting discovery sessions with business users to identify and define their functional needs, then translating those needs into clear, structured documentation

Technical Writing & Documentation-Definition : Creating user stories, functional specs, process flows, and other artifacts that are both readable and implementation-ready

Stakeholder Communication & Presentation-Definition : Bridging the gap between IT and the business — explaining complex ideas simply and giving clean updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
