Responsibilities

Leads in project design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups

Leads preparation of designs and documentation with minimal oversight from Director of Interior Design

Takes a mentorship role with intermediate and junior staff

Guides intermediate and junior staff and participates in the following with minimal oversight from Director of Interior Design. o Production of design presentations for client review at various stages of the project Prepares interior design construction documents o Takings field measurements of existing conditions o Leads interior design portions of construction phase services, including field observation, submittal review, and answering RFIs. o Searching, selecting, and producing FF&E presentations for client review with oversight from Director of Interior Design. o Production of book format furniture specifications, including custom fabrication. o Production of FF&E estimates

Oversees and prepares presentation & documentation redlines for junior staff

Project management tasks, including compiling data and organizing files

Assists Director of Interior Design with project and staff scheduling

Manages interior design project plans, schedules, staffing, and deliverables, with guidance and general oversight from Director of Interior Design

Works with Director of Interior Design to plan and maintain project performance metrics

Assists, and has opportunities to take the lead, in the preparation interior design proposals

Manages small to large scale interior design project scope independently, with minimal oversight from Director of Interior Design

Assists with marketing and business development efforts as requested

Direct communication with consultants and clients

Travel as required for meetings and FF&E installs
